2026 – EEA – Framework agreement plumbing services

Askøy municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for plumbing services for municipal buildings and residences in Askøy municipality, as well as municipal companies and municipal limited companies. The framework agreement shall mainly be used for the operation and maintenance of the buildings. Plumbing work for Water and Sewage projects, operations and maintenance shall not be a part of this framework agreement. A separate framework agreement will be established for this area. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenders in the competition from qualified tenderers. The contract period is 2 years with an option for a further 1+1 year, maximum 4 years. The agreement is planned to take effect on tentatively 02.05.2026.
