Market dialogue – Digital systems for performance management and internal control.

Stavanger municipality is in the process of an overall assessment of digital systems for performance management and internal control. The aim is to examine whether the market can offer more integrated and future orientated tools that provide better support in management, reporting, quality and compliance. We envisage a comprehensive, adaptable and user-friendly system that shall support over 700 managers in making good decisions and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. It is important that the system is future orientated, so that it will also function well in the Contracting Authority ́s future digital landscape.   We invite relevant parties to a market dialogue to gain insight into what systems are available in the market, as well as identifying technology that helps the Customer to have the required overview and transparency.  Stavanger municipality would like written feedback on questions by 24 March 2026.
