Abakus plans to announce a competition for the delivery of pipes and pipe parts. Prior to this, a prior information notice will be published, with the accompanying tender documentation draft. The objective of the prior information notice is to obtain input and feedback from the market, so that the final tender documentation is as good and appropriate as possible. Abakus particularly wants feedback on the following conditions: Whether there are requirements in the tender documentation that can be competitive or competitive. Whether there are elements in the tender documentation that can be improved, emphasis is made or simplified in order to facilitate good competition and efficient tenders. In addition Abakus would like feedback on the award criteria for the environment and climate in the tender documentation. Particular input is wanted here on how the requirement can be formulated in an appropriate and relevant way, as well as whether the formulation gives tenderers sufficient basis to describe their environmental work in a good and comparable manner.
