Enhancing the safety and security of chemical facilities by building capacity in the North Africa and Sahel region (P112)

The project seeks to improve best practices in chemical facilities across the North Africa and Sahel region by identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, implementing prevention and protection measures, and supporting competent authorities in facility inspections. By involving experts from the region, relevant institutions, existing professional bodies, and regional partners, the project aims to assist partner countries' governments in achieving their long-term goals for managing chemical facilities effectively.
