Horten municipality would like tenders for remotely breeding water meters with the accompanying software for data collection, and the necessary parts for installation and service. The meters shall be able to be read on site and prepared for remote reading. Horten municipality currently has just under 1,100 meters that shall be replaced over a period of approx. 6 years.
