Operation and maintenance of metaBOF

The Norwegian Customs and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration require maintenance and operation of the metaBOF software from the manufacturer Myriad. metaBOF is a central processing system for processing traffic data from ANPR cameras. The software was procured in 2018.
The agencies need a supplier who is responsible for the operation and maintenance of metaBOF with contracts that all have the same duration and expiry date. Both agencies depend on having a central processing system for vehicle recognition.
The procurement shall include options for further development of the current system, including options for scaling up and down the number of licences.
The contract is to be signed and the contract shall be signed before summer 2026.
A joint procurement shall be made, which shall result in separate contracts with each department.
The agencies have separate agreements for cameras, here there are separate procurements and this procurement does not therefore include cameras.
