The high-level requirements encompass a comprehensive range of categories, ensuring a holistic approach to the CMP solution. These categories include: Customer Requirements: Focussed on the needs and experiences of the end-users. ESBN requires that the customer can review and provide separate consents for different data processing activities such as - Third-party data sharing Marketing communications Data analytics Access to their data by specific Eligible Third Parties Client Administration: Covering the tools and capabilities needed for internal management of the CMP. Client Administrator can manage and monitor the CMP in a user-friendly Client Administration site, including but not limited to: Monitor user consent changes, data access requests and system health status. Receive alerts in the event of unusual activity, potential compliance issues, system errors, or performance degradation. Access to detailed reports and analytics on consent rate, user preference, and program participation. Provide dashboards and ability to download performance metrics to upload to Power BI or Excel for reporting purposes. Create, access, edit and delete an Eligible Party and a data processing activity associated with an Eligible Party. Create, access, edit, revoke one or more permission/consent records on the request of the customer or for compliance reasons. Records must be rendered inactive rather than deleted, to maintain a historical record of the consent given.
