Request for information: Multilingual Translation Application

The Finnish Immigration Service (later referred to as the “Client”) published a market consultation “569241 / Request for information - Translation tool” on 4 July 2025. The present request for information aims for a more detailed market consultation through which the Client wishes to obtain more accurate information for a tendering process. The purpose of the RFI is to gain a more specific understanding of what types of solutions (later referred to as the Application) covering as wide a range of languages as possible for translating confidential documents processed by the authorities are available and how the solutions found on the market meet the Client’s needs. Rather than a contract notice or invitation to tender, this document is a request for information and a market consultation.
