Data Catalogue solution

Traffic Management Company Fintraffic Ltd ("Procurement entity") acquires a common Data Catalogue solution for use by all group companies in Fintraffic Group (thereinafter Fintraffic). The Data Catalogue solution will be acquired as a Service. The object of the procurement includes also implementation projects with configurations, integrations, API integration for selected end-user environments, as well as support services for key personnel specified by the Procurement entity. The term "Services" will be used to refer to solution and services.

The object of the procurement with the requirements and commercial terms is described in more detail in the appendicies of the call for tenders.

The price-quality comparison criteria to select the most economically advantageous tender is described in more detail in the call for tenders.

The procurement entity will select one contracting partner (Supplier).

The estimated value of the contract for 48 months excluding VAT is EUR 960,000.

The Procurement entity reserves the right to reject any tender whose reference price exceeds the estimated value allocated to the budget.
