Intention notice regarding alteration of agreement on operation of real time system

AtB AS (the contracting authority) intends to enter into an agreement with Fara AS for the operation of real time bus systems to assist the contracting authority for a shorter period 2028-2029 (for area town) and 2028-2031 (for area region) until new agreements on operation of real time are in place. This involves changes to the current contract with Fara AS, including the execution of an alteration order. Estimated value of the procurement: NOK 20 million. If there are objections to AtB AS ́ intention to sign the contract, it must be notified atB AS in writing on grounds. Objections to the fact that AtB AS does not have the right to enter into a contract with Fara AS can be sent to an email: anbud@atb.no Deadline for objections that AtB AS has no right to enter into a contract with Fara AS 09.03.2026, 11:00.
