1-BYM-2026 Framework agreement for assembly of outdoor lighting – market survey

The Agency for Urban Environment in Oslo municipality (BYM) is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance and development of municipal urban areas in Oslo. The urban rooms include common areas such as roads, streets, squares, meeting places, parks and recreational areas, sports and outdoor facilities and areas in the countryside and inner Oslofjord.

We are in the planning phase of a new framework agreement for mounting outdoor lighting.

The framework agreement shall cover the assembly of outdoor lighting fixtures for the establishment of new installations and upgrading of the existing installations in Oslo. The contractual works will include the development of infrastructure, assembly of a control system and assembly of fixtures for lighting roads and streets, squares and meeting places, parks, green areas and sports facilities. Tenderers can be responsible for the delivery and installation of, among other things, foundations, cables, earth pipes, poles and masts as well as electrical cabinets.

The Agency for Urban Environment would like to facilitate the competition for small and medium sized tenderers. We would like feedback from the supplier market to be able to have the correct requirements in the procurement and contract. See the annexes for further information.
