Invitation to market dialogue – Framework agreement for final user equipment and services.

Klepp, Time, Gjesdal, Hå, Sola and Bjerkreim municipalities (hereafter called the "contracting authority") shall enter into a competition for a new framework agreement for final user equipment and services. In order to ensure that we get a good, sustainable and future orientated contract, we see a need for a dialogue with the market ahead of the competition. We invite suppliers in the market to give input for both the competition and the contract. We hope that you have the time and the opportunity to assist us by responding to this market survey. It will be of great value to us. The responses to this survey will be treated confidentially.  We would like both their general input and feedback for our tender documentation draft, as well as answers to specific questions in the document called "Invitation to market dialogue". Klepp municipality will be sent the input via the communication module in Mercell by 24.02.2026.
