Competent Suppliers are invited to submit detailed proposals for the design, coordination, and delivery of 21 Social and Emotional Support Programmes (three per District Electoral Area – DEA) across Newry, Mourne and Down.
Each programme will focus on resilience training for young people aged approximately 12–18 years, addressing bullying (including online bullying) and harassment, and fostering skills in empathy, emotional regulation, self-confidence, and peer support.
