Prequalification Questionnaire for a Framework Agreement for the Supply, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Driver Welfare Facilities

This Information Memorandum and Prequalification Questionnaire has been prepared for the purpose of providing certain information to entities interested in applying to be pre-qualified for a competition for the award of a framework agreement for the provision on a lease basis of driver welfare facilities consisting of automated self-cleaning public conveniences for public transport operators, at various locations throughout Ireland. This competition is being conducted by the National Transport Authority on behalf of the following clients (collectively referred to as “Clients”, and each individually as a “Client”): • National Transport Authority (“NTA”) • Dublin Bus • Bus Éireann • Go Ahead, and • Any future PSO bus operator nominated by NTA from time to time. Tenders for contracts pursuant to the Framework Agreement may be issued by any of the Clients.
