Provision, Implementation, and Support of an Electronic Data Management System – a cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS) Solution to manage construction design and management processes

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for an Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) to manage construction and design management processes related to the ADAPT 4 Programme, including all 5 Lots. These processes include, but are not limited to, document management, reviews, issues and risks, Requests for Information (RFIs), technical submittals and project milestone tracking. The ADAPT 4 Programme comprises 23 School Projects, split into 5 Lots. The estimated value of this Programme is 700m euros and construction will reach final completion at the end of 2028. The EDMS is required to support the ADAPT 4 Programme design phase starting in August 2024 to completion of the Programme.
