This SEUPB Funded PEACETIME Project is for the development of a novel integrated cross-border health service model to increase access to care for individuals with obesity complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus and other co-morbidities, focusing on leveraging digital health interventions to provide equitable healthcare access in rural and urban communities.
The project is led by Ulster University in partnership with the Irish Coalition for People Living with Obesity, the National Institute for Prevention and Cardiovascular health, the Derry GP Federation and Atlantic Technological University.
Ulster University, as the Lead partner in collaboration with relevant stakeholders in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI), invites tenders for the provision of a market proven end-to-end vendor managed Digital Health Solution to support a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) in delivering enhanced clinical services for patients living with obesity, diabetes, and related co-morbidities in both jurisdictions.
The service must ensure equitable access across urban and rural regions, including underserved populations, while complying with relevant clinical and data protection standards in both the ROI and NI.
