Intention notice, signing an ongoing service contract with Framsikt.

Nome municipality intends to enter into a contract with Framsikt AS for the delivery of a cloud based system for analysis, financial plan, annual budget, reporting and municipal plan, at the earliest 13 February 2026 (12:00). Based on online surveys and dialogue with other municipalities, Nome municipality has not found alternative solutions that, to the same degree, cover the municipality ́s needs. The supplier Framsikt AS (org.nr. 913 187 512) is therefore the most appropriate cooperation partner. The municipality plans to procure Framsikt Analyse, kommuneplan, Årsbudsjett, Økonomiplan and Rapportering, including integration with our ERP system, Visma Enterprise, with introduction in 2026. The municipality also assesses the option and any implementation in 2027 for the module Performance Management and Politician. If there are objections, it must be reported here in Artifik by 14 February, 12.00. The contract ́s value is estimated to nok 4 million for 6 years.
