RFI – ERP system for Troms county.

Troms county is preparing a new procurement of an ERP system and invites tenderers to contribute input on available systems in the market. The aim is to get a good decision basis before a coming competition is announced in 2026.RFI requests information on the tenderer's organisation and experience, technological platform, functionality within finance, payroll, HR and procurement, as well as integration capability – particularly connected to FINT. Furthermore, we request input on security (the NSM principles), computer ownership, innovation, sustainability and profit realisation. The tenderers are asked to provide written input in Mercell by 13 February 2026. The meetings will include presentation of the demo version of the solution and a detailed agenda as well as a theme overview to be submitted. Tenderers wishing to meet will be asked to provide contact information to the responsible representative.
