The aim of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services within social plans and strategies, zoning plans and building applications. Austevoll municipality would like to have a competence environment that can assist with: Project management in social plans and strategies in the municipality ́s planning strategy (municipal sector plans, theme plans, business plans and strategies). The contracting authority has a continual need for extra capacity and expertise within these areas, in order to ensure statutory deadlines and high quality in the proceedings and planning work. The procurement shall cover this need in a flexible manner through a framework agreement.
