Market consultation camouflage nets

The contracting authority has a future need for camouflage systems. Before a future invitation to tender is written and published, the contracting authority conducts a market consultation. The general purpose of this market consultation is to investigate whether any market parties are interested in the future contract, whether the requirements are realistic, whether the future contract is feasible, and what  preconditions would apply. The contracting authority also wishes to gather information and insights from market parties for inclusion in the final tender.
