University of Limerick invite experienced Crèche Service Providers to tender for the University of Limerick, on campus, Crèche. The annual expected turnover is circa €530,000 (ex-vat) per annum. In summary, this Concession requires the appointment of a professional childcare services operator who will operate Silverapples Crèche and meet the needs and expectations of the UL community in respect of the provision of childcare services. It is the intent of the contracting authority that this Licence Agreement will run for four (4) years, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year. This is subject to compliance to University of Limericks Crèche Committee guidelines, including audits and KPIs Tenderers should note that if successful they will be required to comply with the TUPE requirements as outlined within the RFT. Further information on this will be provided to Economic Operators following completion of a Non-Disclosure Agreement on the day of site visit. Tenderers will be asked to submit an Appendix 2 Pricing Schedule which outlines the Robustness of Ultimate Cost Proposal offered. For the purposes of the cost evaluation suppliers will ONLY be evaluated on the Best and Final Offer (BAFO) submitted.
