Procurement of an IPL consultant group for the project Senter for psykisk helse Øya – SPH, on behalf of St.Olavs Hospital and NTNU

The Project Centre for Mental Health Øya (SPH) is an important project for St. Olavs Hospital HF and NTNU in the development of the integrated University Hospital in Trondheim, where the goal of the project is to deliver a future orientated and modern centre with areas for research, education and clinical virksomhet.St. Olavs Hospital HF and NTNU are project owners for the project Senter for Psykisk Helse at Øya in Trondheim (SPH), and together will be the contracting authority and the contract party in the project. The contracting authority has engaged Sykehusbygg HF to safeguard the project management for the project. The contract shall be executed as an integrated project delivery (IPL) with a three party contract between the builder, IPL contractor and IPL consultant. This procurement is for an IPL consultant. Phase 2 of the competition includes submitting tender documents.
