Market dialogue – security services.

Kristiansand municipality shall enter into a new framework agreement for security and security services and hereby invites potential tenderers to dialogue meetings. Kristiansand municipality suggests that the new framework agreement will start after summer 2026. Potential tenderers are asked to send messages in Mercell or at e-postThomas.Tverbakk.Bjorgve@kristiansand.kommune.no before 03.02.2026.The contracting authority will contact the registered tenderers sequentially to enter into a contract date. The dialogue meetings are physically carried out at the Town Hall Block in Kristiansand. Digital meetings can also be arranged through Teams.One-on-one meetings with registered suppliers will also be held. Approx. 60 minutes will be put aside per supplier.
