Eidsiva has recently established a new ERP system, delivered by IFS. Wages are not part of the ERP system, and are currently carried out through UBW. UBW, in its current form at Eidsiva, will reach its end-of-life by the end of 2026. Eidsiva therefore needs a new payroll system. We would like a modern, cloud based system with open APIs, which can also provide gains by streamlining and automating work processes and for better information flow of data internally and externally (e.g. NAV).HR is generally handled in IFS. Wages are currently handled internally in Eidsiva for the entire group, total approx. 1,400 employees. The current wages will be carried out in UBW. Registration of hours, holidays and leave is handled through IFS and shall continue to do so. Travel expenses can be assessed through a new payroll system if appropriate. The aim of the market survey is to obtain the market ́s input and feedback on how the Contracting Authority can/ought to implement the competition in order to cover the best possible need. The market is encouraged to use this opportunity to provide constructive and good feedback and input, thoughts, ideas and experiences so that any procurement is established in an appropriate manner both for the entities and suppliers. The deadline for submitting input to this market survey is Monday 2 February 2026.
