Bergen municipality has decided to procure measures for participants in the qualification programme. The right to a qualification programme is purified in the Act on social services in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (Social Services Act). The social service at the four Nav offices in Bergen municipality is responsible for the qualification programme.
