VOIS – Electronic door locks – Stage 1 – Prequalification

VOIS intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of electronic door locks and any key boxes delivered as a service including the necessary software, delivery, assembly, service, reassembly, disassembly and submission.  The contracting authority shall initially lease electronic door locks.
