The procurement concerns a standardised, cloud-based performance management tool (SaaS) that shall support Avinor's management processes at a strategic, tactical and operative level. The system shall support follow-up of targets, KPIs, measures and risk, as well as reporting, visualisation and interaction in line with the group ́s management model.
