1001016 Haslum Crematorium – Turnkey Contract

Bærum municipality shall upgrade and develop the Haslum crematorium. The project includes some alterations and renovations of the existing building from 1964, as well as a new building with a culvert connection to the existing building.  The new building is 766 GFA over two floors and shall house a new cremation oven and associated technical installations. Great emphasis has been put on the continuation of John Engh's architecture and the new building shall be constructed with dotted concrete surfaces, pillars and beams in glued wood and large glass fields.
