ESA – ESTEC Accelerated Investment Project . Call for Expression of Interest

The European Space Agency (ESA) has embarked on an ambitious multi-year project, the Accelerated Investment Project (AIP). The AIP aims to significantly modernise, rationalise and increase the sustainability of the general infrastructure of the ESA site in the Netherlands (namely ESTEC).
The project involves replacing about 30.000 sqm of obsolete buildings (laboratories and offices) and will be implemented in phases over 5 years.
ESA will soon launch a tender to select a company for the construction of these new buildings.
An indicative schedule for the first phase of the project can be found here after:
• Launch of the tender in Q1/2026 (January)
• Contract signature in Q4/2026
• Start of the construction works in Q1/2027.
