The subject of this tender is the embellishment of an area in Triq Ħal Tarxien c/w Triq l-Awrekarja, Il-Gudja, including site clearance, excavation, construction and paving works in a resource efficient manner which considers wider environmental impacts. The place of acceptance of the works shall be at Gudja, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be eight (8) weeks.
