The aim of the evaluation is to obtain updated knowledge on the work of "fast track" for faster treatment of criminal cases with perpetrators under the age of 18. This includes the results and consequences of the work so far, both for the entities involved in the "fast track" and for children and youths included in the work.

The final delivery deadline for the evaluation is 02.11.2026.
The estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT.
