Stage 1 Prequalification – Framework agreement for project administration Malvik municipality.

Malvik municipality shall procure a framework agreement for project administrative services that shall ensure the necessary competence and capacity for the execution of building and construction projects. The contract shall cover resources for central builder functions, including construction manager, builder ombudsman and SHA coordinator in both the engineering design and execution phases. Tenderers must be able to provide qualified personnel who can take care of the contracting authority ́s responsibility in accordance with the current laws, regulations and contract requirements.
