Horizontal Support for the Global Gateway Infrastructure Project Delivery Facility (GG IPDF)

The overall objective of this assignment is to contribute to achieving the objectives of the Global Gateway Initiative to strengthen sustainable infrastructure and connectivity worldwide, with a particular focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, thereby delivering tangible benefits for partner countries while advancing the EU’s external action goals, including the Sustainable Development Goals and climate commitments.
The purpose of this assignment is to support the efficient and timely deployment of the GG-IPDF. The specific objectives are to support the Bank with:
- programme management and administration, including reporting
- scoping, designing (ToR preparation) and supervision of the delivery of TA assignments carried out by other service providers.
- procurement of the TA assignments under the Facility
- project prioritisation and investment programming.
