Framework contract for the provision of services to support the implementation of the Single European Sky policy

The background to this tender is assistance needed by the Commission for the implementation of the Single European Sky (SES) policy, in particular:
1. to support the Commission overseeing the implementation of SES , including assessing impacts on various groups of actors.
2. to support work of EASA in carrying of its activities in relation to SES and Air Traffic Management
