Market Dialogue 2025 – Market Dialogue Regarding Upcoming Construction Projects

The Danish Parliament has collectively passed the “Infrastructure Plan 2035” agreement, resulting in a significant expansion of the Danish Road Directorate’s project portfolio – both in recent years (from 2022 to the present) and in the coming years leading up to 2035.
To gain better insight into the market’s capacity and expectations, a market dialogue is hereby initiated with the aim of collecting the market’s assessments within the following areas:
• Tender procedures, including award criteria
• Contract types and sizes
• Suggestions for improvements in design, planning, and project management
• Identification of resource-related challenges
The dialogue is aimed at both medium-sized and large contractors – in Denmark as well as abroad – and all responses will be considered valuable contributions. Interested companies are encouraged to participate in the written market dialogue by completing the attached questionnaire.
Based on the written responses, the Danish Road Directorate reserves the right to invite selected contractors to dialogue meetings if further discussions are deemed necessary
