Competent consultancy companies are hereby invited to tender to design, develop and deliver a cultural Programme “A History of Social Housing in Newry and Mourne”. The programme will celebrate the history of social housing communities in Newry Mourne and Down and raise the consciousness of the contribution of socially housed communities in Newry to the history and politics of the city and provide a forum for grassroots engagement regarding the challenges and opportunities of social housing.
