CFT-1735 Provision of Insurance Brokerage Services for the EIB Group

The objective of this call for tender is to award a Framework Agreement to a successful tenderer for the provisions of insurance brokerage services for both EIB and EIF.

Lot 1 will encompass the following services:
• Arranging for quotations for the following insurance policies with regard to the EIB Group’s risks:
- Directors & Officers liability insurances – EIB & EIF,
- Employment Practices Liability – EIB & EIF,
- Professional Indemnity and Crime/Fraud – EIB and EIF,
- Civil Liability – EIB and EIF,
- Art pieces insurance – EIB,
- Luggage insurance – EIB and EIF,
- Travel Insurance for Governing Bodies members – EIB & EIF,
- Governing Bodies travel insurance – EIB & EIF,
- Cybersecurity insurance – EIB and EIF,
• Advising and supporting on claim submissions under the above-mentioned insurance policies in force.
• Continuous management of the EIB Group’s insurance policies and monitoring the insurance market in view of advising on ancillary insurance policies (from the list mentioned above) that could be considered as beneficial for the EIB Group, according to its demands, needs and budget availability.

Lot 2 will encompass the following services:
• Arranging for quotations for the following insurance policies with regards to the EIB Group’s risks:
- Medical expenses during mission or when posted outside the EU – EIB & EIF
- Death, funeral and loan insurance - EIB & EIF
- Occupational health and work-related diseases insurance - EIB & EIF
• Advising and supporting on claim submissions under the above-mentioned insurance policies in force.
• Continuous management of the EIB Group’s insurance policies and monitoring the insurance market in view of advising on ancillary insurance policies (from the list mentioned above) that could be considered as beneficial for the EIB Group, according to its demands, needs and budget availability.
