Invitation to dialogue meetings in connection with the planned procurement of bus services in Kristiansand and Vennesla 2028.

Agder Public Transport Service (AKT) would like to invite possible tenderers to tender Bus services in Kristiansand 2028 to a dialogue meeting. The coming contract will start in July 2028 and we see great value in establishing a good dialogue with the market already now.

The aim of the meeting is to discuss general aims for the procurement, as well as get input on some central topics - including the design of bonus agreements, contract length etc. We would like to facilitate an open and constructive conversation that can contribute to the best possible tender documentation and an efficient and sustainable public transport in the region. AKT will send out documentation before the meeting with a draft of targets and information on what other topics we would like input on. The dialogue will be held in Norwegian.

Two days will be put aside for individual meetings with the operators. The meetings will be approx. 30 minutes. Give feedback via the message function in EU Supply by 31.10 if you would like to attend such a meeting, and we will find together a time that is suitable for one of the set days.
