Communication services and media procurements

Oslo municipality c/o the Climate Agency (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of communication services and media procurements. The climate agency shall be a professional resource and the driving force for achieving the climate goals of Oslo municipality. The agency is responsible for following-up the "Climate Strategy for Oslo 2020-2030", and administration of the Climate and Energy Fund. The Climate Agency cooperates with the population, businesses, knowledge environments, organisations and other public authorities to mobilise to climate-friendly behaviour changes and develop good climate systems in Oslo. The Climate Agency has 50.7 man-labour years per December 2024 divided between three departments: a climate science department, a communications department and an administration department. The latter is responsible for the operation of the Climate and Energy Fund. For lot 1, the value of the contract is estimated to be between NOK 5 million and NOK 10 million For lot 2, the value of the contract is estimated to be somewhere between NOK 9 and 14 million the contracts ́ value is only a guideline and carries no obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. The contracts are subject to changes in the service volume due to variations in the Climate Agency ́s need from year to year and available budget resources.
