Car sharing services for Bergen municipality

Framework agreement for car sharing services for Bergen municipality. The contracting authority invites tenderers to a dialogue with the market prior to the competition. A dialogue will be implemented Monday and Friday in week 42. 1:1 meetings will be held and the meeting will be held for approx. 1 hour. We would like answers to the questions described below in the dialogue. We would like suppliers to create a PowerPoint presentation with questions and answers before the dialogue meeting. We request that the service provider gives feedback on the wanted day and time. The contract is for vehicles with a fixed car parking area in the municipality. So-called "free floating" car sharing services are not included in the agreement. The vehicle parking places shall be distributed over several districts in Bergen.The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for mobility in the service. The contract shall contribute to the contracting authority achieving, among other things, the following aims: Reduction of climate emissions connected to both the production and use of vehicles Reduction in the use of private vehicles in the service Reduction of the contracting authority ́s own car park the Contracting Authority mainly needs to use the vehicle on weekdays from 07.00 -16.00.
