Intention notice – temporary agreement ERP system

Fredrikstad and Hvaler municipalities (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) intend to enter into a temporary contract for a transition from Visma Enterprise on-premise to Visma cloud system (Visma Enterprise Plus) with Visma Enterprise AS. The contracting authority has received notification from Visma Enterprise AS about "end-of-life" for the current Enterprise system 31.12.2025. The contract can be terminated every 01.01 with three months notice. The contract will follow the current contract structure and include the same modules and functionality as that included in the current agreement. The contracting authority has started a project for a new future-oriented ERP system and carried out a 2025 market dialogues. It will not be sufficient time to map and describe the complete need for the future ERP system and at the same time execute a tender competition and implementation project with sufficient and necessary quality by 31.12.2025.ERP the solution is of the most complex and central systems that the contracting authority uses because it has integrations with many other trade systems. Further comprehensive and thorough reviews will be required prior to publication of a tender contest for a new ERP system. The contracting authority intends to hold a tender contest and implement a new ERP system by 31.12.2028.
