Intention notice of contract amendment

The intention notice concerns an amendment contract for a contract for consultancy and moving services in connection with moving to New SUS (ref. competition with Doffin Id: 2022-314518 and TED ID: 2022/S 055-145308) that was signed 08.06.22 between Helse Stavanger HF and Health Care Relocations LTD.

Basis for entering into an amendment contract:
The contracting authority considers that the changes can be implemented in accordance with the public procurement regulations PPR § 28-1 (1) c, which allow direct changes without a prior competition when the changes cannot be separated from the original contract without considerable difficulties.
