ROR Innkjøp is now establishing a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement and assembly of solar cell systems in accordance with chapter 26 of the Public Procurement Regulations. This means that when Molde eiendom KF procures solar cell systems, contests will be organised through the dynamic purchasing system.
