Health and social work services

The objective of the qualification scheme is to organise possibilities for clients of user-administered personal assistance services to choose which provider they want for providing the granted services (user choice) The service shall also ensure that the users are provided the assistance they are granted, in accordance with the Act relating to the municipal health services.|| Admission to the qualification system does not apply to Public Procurement Regulations. However, the award will occur in line with the basic requirements set out in the EEA agreement for non-discrimination,|| objective criteria and a transparent and verifiable process.|| Admission to the scheme requires the service providers to fulfil the terms in the|| the qualification documentation. Service providers who fulfil the terms can and are obliged to offer these services to|| the municipality’s residents.
