Qualification Scheme - Free user choice of BPA for users in Sandefjord Municipality. The scheme will have a 10 year duration, starting on 1.9.2022. The objective of the qualification scheme is to organise possibilities for users of BPA (user-administered personal assistance services) to have a real choice of which provider, or the municipality, they want to provide the granted services (user choice).
