Consultancy services within public procurements – market dialogue (RFI)

Drammen municipality plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for consultancy services within public procurements. The aim of the market dialogue is to obtain input from the market before the final design of the tender documentation. The municipality particularly wants input that can contribute to: good competition in the market suitable and proportional requirements a practical and effective contract model high quality of the services good balance between quality and price realistic and market contract terms It is emphasised that the attached tender documentation is tentative and only shall serve as a basis for input.
